Inspections and Corrections

Our expert inspector will visit your property to conduct a thorough and unbiased inspection of all your fire doors.  Where doors are not performing to required standards, a plan of corrective actions will be prepared.   We always arrive on time and work around the needs of people using the building.  Off-hours appointments can be arranged if needed.  All inspection and consulting work is carried out in accordance with Warnock-Hersey, NFPA and UL guidelines.  Although fire doors may require inspection only once per year, we sometimes recommend more frequent inspections depending on your particular needs.  Our discount annual program makes this a very cost-effective measure. 

Documentation

All inspection reports and maintenance records are recorded for future reference, and to document your good-faith effort to provide the safest environment for your building occupants and visitors.  This information is available to you at any time and copies furnished upon request.  Security of information regarding your facility is very important; access to this information is limited to designated persons within your organization or to regulatory agencies, in accordance with the law.
